The original Into the Deep artwork was an acrylic on canvas piece, hand embellished with gold leaf, measuring 76cm W x 91cm H x 3cm D.

The gold and oak coloured frame is approximately an additional 5cm on either side of the artwork.

THIS LISTING IS FOR:

Artwork Size: 76cm W x 91cm H x 3cm D + framing (same frame as original Into the Deep)

Deposit: 50% deposit for a commission of an artwork in the style of Into the Deep, as pictured at $800, including framing.*

Full Commission Price: The full price of an artwork in the style of Into the Deep at the above mentioned size is $1,600, including framing.*

Delivery: Delivery within the Perth metropolitan area, in Western Australia is free. Additional shipping fees will apply to delivery to addresses outside the Perth metropolitan. Delivery of the final commissioned artwork will be approximately 5 weeks from order confirmation.

I will send you photos to provide update as to the progress of your artwork.

Production Note*

While all attempts will be made to produce an Artwork as close to the original Artwork you have selected as possible, as the Artwork is produced by hand, there will be some natural variations that will be solely unique to your commissioned Artwork.

Deposit and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for work to commence, with the remaining 50% required upon completion and prior to delivery.

The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.

Opportunity for Adjustments

The Client will be provided with photos and updates on the progress of the artwork commission. Upon the final viewing of the artwork images/artwork, the Client will have the opportunity to request 3 minor adjustments to the artwork - taking up to a maximum of 3 hours of labour. Additional adjustments requested to the artwork or time required thereafter will attract a service fee of $120 per hour. The Client promises to review the work product, to be reasonably available to the Business if the Business has questions regarding this project, and to provide timely feedback and decisions.

Refunds

I do not offer refunds for any change of mind. Commissioned artworks are produced on demand and as such cannot be refunded. Please refer to the return policy on my website for additional information www.lnart.studio/returnpolicy.

Copyright

The Artist retains copyright to everything the Artist produces. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. The retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created, except where the client or buyer has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork in addition to purchasing the original artwork. The client or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission from the Artist
