The prices we charge for our products and services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. All amounts stated on the site are in Australian Dollars ($AU), unless otherwise stated. All purchases within Australia will incur GST.
Prices for artwork do not include shipping unless otherwise stated. You may be required to pay additional shipping and handling fees depending on your location or other requirements. Timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy are estimates only and should not be relied upon for precise date of arrival (public and observed holidays may affect delivery times). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larissa Nguyen specifically disclaims all liability for items lost or damaged in transit and for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike or transport complications. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and address details in writing. Where you grant Larissa Nguyen an authority to leave when placing your order, our couriers may leave the order in question unattended at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location, and you release Larissa Nguyen and its couriers from all responsibility and liability for your order.
COLOUR & IMAGES OF PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the artworks and products that appear on our online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Some images of products in situ are artist renders. Please refer to the artwork measurements in the description for a more accurate reference to artwork size.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post, Toll Group, Pack and Send and/or other reputable courier companies. Larissa Nguyen’s Shipping policy stated on the website is expressly incorporated into these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by it. Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Larissa Nguyen handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Other than as provided for in the Return Policy, we do not offer exchanges, replacements or refunds. Lnart.studio’s return policy stated on the website is expressly incorporated into these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by it. Any refunds made will be processed in accordance with the Return policy and payment made by the same method that you made payment or by an alternative method that has otherwise been agreed.

If the buyer wishes to reproduce an artwork (purchased or otherwise) or prevent future reproductions of an artwork they have purchased, full or partial rights to the work may be purchased from Larissa Nguyen.
Larissa Nguyen expressly reserves all copyright and trademark in all documents, information and materials on our website and we reserve the right to take action against you if you breach any of these terms.
